Mr. Mohammed Idrish Farazy is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of National Exchange Company S.R.L. Mr. Mohammed Idrish Farazy is a dual Citizen of Bangladesh & Italy. Mr. Farazy is one of the most eminent businessman of both countries. He comes from a respectable muslim family of Shariatpur, Bangladesh. Alongside this company, he is also the Chairman of Popular Travels & Tours, Sponsor Share Holder & Former Director of NRB Bank Limited. Being an Industrialist and a philanthropic individual, Mr. Idrish Farazy is also the Director of Farazy Hospital Limited. Mr. Farazy has also contributed to the economy of Bangladesh, in recognition of which he was awarded the CIP Member by the Government of Bangladesh. As a pioneer leader of CSR activities, he contributed immensely to the people in need of both Bangladesh & Italy, in recognition of which he was awarded the Mother Teresa Gold Medel by Mother Teresa Research Council. Through his immense knowledge and experience in the money transfer industry, Mr. Ikram Farazy operates a few other companies where he is the Chairman and CEO of NEC Money Transfer Limited UK. He is also the Chairman of NEC Travels and one of the Directors of Farazy Hospital Ltd. He has been engaged with global business institutions and has developed into a successful administrator.

Mr. Kuddus Farazi, a Director of National Exchange Company S.R.L. hails from a respectable Muslim family of Shariatpur, Bangladesh. He is the most important and eldest son of the Farazy family and this organization. He is involved with all of the Farazy group business organizations. Besides that he is one of the Directors of Farazy Hospital Ltd. And a highly religious Muslim who comes forth to support anyone in need.
